Step 1: In Roes, click on your Home screen and then click the option on the very bottom right called "Diagnostic Tools"
Step 2: Click on the option called Clear Caches
Step 3: Make sure that the option to "Clear Both Caches" is selected and then click "OK". This will immediately close your Roes program and when you re-open it from your desktop icon it will force Roes to redownload from the website. Fresh Start!
