If your package is delivered to you with external shipping damage and you are able to refuse the shipment please do. Then contact us immediately to begin having a replacement order processed. If you are not available to refuse the shipment we will request images of the damaged packaging and products to begin processing your replacement order. You have 5 days to submit the images of the damage and request a replacement order. We also request that you hold on to all packaging materials for 15 days while we process a claim with our shipping carrier. UPS requires an inspection of the packaging for all such claims. Any claim for damaged product will only be accepted up to 5 days after receipt of delivery from shipping provider.
