Roes Message: "Cannot Locate Files to Reload Order"
If you're trying to duplicate a previously placed order from your Queued orders and the order that you've selected does not automatically load it means that your files have moved since this order was originally placed.
*\If you're unable to restore your files to their original location you will not be able to duplicate your order. You will have to recreate your order from scratch. **
Step 1: Restore your files to their original location
You will now need to locate where the folder has been moved and restore it to its original location or Roes will not be able to follow its original file path to load these files.
This will have to be done in your computer. Minimize Roes and locate the original folder and move it back to its original location.
Step 2: Locate your files in Roes
After moving your files back to their original location in your computer, Roes will prompt you to locate each file by name.
NOTE: Depending on how many files you will have to locate it may take less time to recreate the order from scratch.
1) Please locate the file listed here. Depending on how many files you need to locate the prompt box will change to the next file until you've located all files needed to reload this order.
2) Highlight the correct file and click Open.
Roes will continue to prompt you to locate all of the files in the order.
Once all of the files have been located and the order has loaded, Roes will take you directly to the order review screen. From here you can delete prints that you don't need, add more, add any additional services, or replace this order as is. Congratulations! You've successfully duplicated a previously sent order in Roes!

Error Message: Image could not be found. Restore the image to original location.
If you've received this error message it means that the incorrect file was selected or the correct file was selected but it was not restored to its original location. If you're unable to restore these files to their original location you will not be able to duplicate a new Roes order from a previous order.
If everything has been restored and you would like to try reloading this order again, relaunch Roes and please try again.
