Step 1: Locate the ProDPI Icon on your desktop and delete it. If there is no Icon, skip to the next step.
Step 2: Search for your Control Panel using the search tool in the bottom left.
Step 3: Once in your Control Panel, select the Programs category.
Step 4: Once inside Programs and Features, choose to Uninstall or Change a Program. Locate the ProDPI ROES on this menu, and delete it.
Step 5: Next you will go to your User Folder by navigating to your sys(C:) from your PC Menu. Once there you will select your user.
Once you are in your user menu, locate the .roescache folder and double click to open it.
Inside the .roescache folder you will find a sub folder called "DPImaging". Delete this folder!
Step 6: Find the hidden folder! To make sure that you can locate and see hidden folders you will need to update your selection. Navigate back to your Control Panel and select the "Show Hidden Files and Folders" link.
Once inside, go to the View tab, and make sure that the outlined option shown below is selected.
Step 7: Now you can go back to your sys (C:) and select the "ProgramData" folder.
Once inside you will locate the SWRoes folder and delete it!
Step 8: Empty your recycling and navigate to the ROES page of the ProDPI website. If the normal ROES download does not immediately work, please try the Alternate download link!
