If you have received a Broke Pipe Error while uploading your order through ProDPI ROES, there are a few quick things you can check!
1. How is your internet connection? If you are having any internet connectivity issues this can result in this error. You can check your upload and download speed by clicking here and taking a quick internet speed test. If your internet speed is on the lower end, you may need to find a better connection to successfully upload your order.
2. How large is your order? ROES is equipped to handle large order uploads, however if your order is more than 100MB and your internet speed is not also on the higher end, this can cause issues. If you have the ability to resize your files to condense your order size, we would recommend giving this a try. The most frequent example of this specific issue is Proofbooks where you are using full sized images for the thumbnails on your proof pages.
3. Firewalls! If you have a firewall running on your system, check this to make sure it is not blocking uploads, or try temporarily turning it down or off while you upload your order.
